All Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract and thus to return the item without specifying the reason within 30 days of receiving the item. It is only items in the same condition with all of the original labels that can be returned.
In order for the Customer to determine the nature, the qualities and the functionality of the item, the Customer shall handle and/or test the item exclusively in a way they would when in a bricks-and-mortar shop.
In the event of the Customer withdrawing for the contract, the Customer shall have all their payments refunded, including delivery charges, forthwith and not later than within 14 days of the Customer notifying us them having entertained their right to withdraw from the contract. All refunds shall be carried out by way of the same payment methods as the Customer used in the original transaction, unless it is deemed impossible or the Customer has expressly accepted another alternative. In any case, the Customer shall not be charged any additional fees in connection with the refund.
The Customer shall bear the costs related to shipping the items they are returning.

Complaints about Item nonconformity with the Sales Agreement:
The Seller shall be liable to the Customer who is a natural person who purchases the Item for purposes not related to professional or business activity for the Item’s nonconformity with the Sales Agreement to the extent specified in particular in the Act of July 27th 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended).
Complaints about Item nonconformity with the Sales Agreement shall be submitted in writing to the following address: ul. Belgradzka 46/22, 02-793 Warszawa, or via e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Seller shall respond to the complaint immediately, and no later than within 14 days. The Seller’s response to the complaint shall be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer or in another way agreed with the Customer.
The Seller hereby informs the Customer that in the event of the Customer not following the Seller’s recommendations concerning cleaning the product, the complaint shall not be considered. In the case of recommended Aqua Wash method, it is necessary to present a laundry bill for the Aqua Wash washing service.

It is recommended that the Customer should provide in the content of the complaint as much information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint as possible, in particular the type and date of the occurrence of irregularities and contact details — this will facilitate and accelerate the processing of the complaint by the Service Provider.
The complaint shall be processed by the Service Provider immediately, and no later than within 14 days.
The Service Provider’s response to the complaint shall be sent to the Customer’s e-mail address specified in the complaint report or in any other way agreed with the Customer.
